We had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was fantastic and the staff made us feel welcome, the cleanliness and upkeep of the apartments left a lot to be desired. The amenities were decent, but we encountered some issues that made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

Rooms

We booked two two-bedroom apartments, and while #604 was spacious and better equipped, #204 was not as clean and had some musty-smelling pillows. Rating: 6/10

Service

The reception staff was friendly and hospitable, which made our check-in process smooth. Rating: 8/10

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping, cafes, and beautiful Mooloolaba Beach, making it easy to explore the area. Rating: 9/10

While we found the location fantastic and the apartment spacious, it was hard to overlook the construction noise from next door and some cleanliness issues. The pool area could be a highlight, but we were disappointed that the spa wasn't operational during our visit. Overall, it's a great family-friendly spot, but improvements in maintenance would go a long way.

While the location was fantastic, close to shopping and the beach, the room we were given left much to be desired with its noise and lack of privacy. Although we appreciated the cleanliness of the kitchen and laundry facilities, the overall condition of the apartments felt a bit dated and in need of a deep clean. I wouldn't consider this a great value for money given the issues we encountered.

On a brighter note, the apartment we eventually stayed in was great, and the pool and gym facilities were fantastic.
